Low temperature reaction bath is a new type of experimental instrument which is improved and manufactured by our company. It is suitable for low temperature experiments in scientific research, biology, physics, medicine, chemical industry and other departments. It can replace dry ice and liquid nitrogen for low temperature reaction and provide low temperature conditions for related equipment. It can also be used as a low temperature reaction bath for viscosity measurement. , It is divided into two stages of constant temperature stirring, so that the temperature in the stainless steel tank is more uniform, and the intelligent temperature control is accurate.

How Low Temperature Reaction Bath Works?
The low temperature water bath controls the temperature of the circulating water through the thermal cycle controller to achieve the purpose of low temperature and constant temperature. If the set temperature is higher (or lower), the entire tank should be kept warm to reduce the heat transfer speed and improve the constant temperature accuracy. The stirrer is driven by a small electric motor, and the stirring speed is adjusted by a transmission or a transformer. Commonly used relays in laboratories are tube relays and transistor relays. To measure the quality of the constant temperature water bath, the sensitivity of the water bath is the standard. If the required temperature is not much different from the room temperature, a 20m³ round glass cylinder can be used as a container. Electric heaters have small heat capacity, good thermal conductivity and appropriate power. When the room temperature is too low, a larger power or two sets of heaters should be used. The relay is connected with the heater and the contact thermometer to control the temperature.
